Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Our service provides a platform for remote online notarization in compliance with the rules and regulations set forth by the Supreme Court of the Philippines. We provide the technical platform for notaries and clients to connect and perform notarial acts remotely. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
